1. Tour Itinerary
On arrival in Beijing airport or railway station,
you will be met by our tour guide and transferred
to your hotel by a private car and driver. Free
for the remaining of the day. You could have
a rest or take a walk near the hotel.

the Forbidden City (the Imperial Palace) and
the Summer Palace. Enjoy the Beijing Duck
Dinner. Optional program in the evening: Peking

880 meters from north to south and 500 meters
from east to west, Tiananmen Square is a place
to hold national ceremonies and to greet foreign
leaders. The square is seated at the very
heart of Beijing in the traditional center
axis. To the north of the square is the Forbidden
City - the imperial palace during the Ming
and Qing dynasties.

Tombs: Some 50 kilometers
northwest of the downtown Beijing, the Ming
Tombs are generally combined with a visit
to the Great Wall. Otherwise known as the
"13 Tombs", this is the burial site of 13
out of 17 emperors of the Ming Dynasty.
- Lijiang (Breakfast
Tour to the Temple of
Heaven. Transfer to the airport for flight
of Heaven: Situadet in the South-Eastern
part of Beijing, the Temple of Heaven is the
largest still existing sacrificial temple
in China. It was used as the site for imperial
sacrifices during the Ming and Qing dynasties.
It was here that the emperor conducted the
elaborate and most exalted sacrifices addressed
to "the Supreme Ruler of the Universe" to
ask for the heavens blessings and good harvest.
Tour to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, Lijiang
Murals and Ancient Shuhe Village of Naxi
people. Explore Lijiang Ancient Town.
Dragon Snow Mountain: A holy mountain
for the Naxi people that is located 15km
north of Lijiang city with an altitude of
5600 meters (18,400 feet) above sea level.
Visit villages of Naxi people.
Murals: Made in succession from the
early Ming dynasty to the reign of Emperor
Qianlong in the Qing dynasty. These mural
paintings, with their fine and smooth lines,
bright colors, vivid pattern and balanced
and harmonious composition are a wonderful
Ancient Town: It is situated on a plateau
at an elevation of 2,600m and is impressive
because of its scenery and lush vegetation.
There is no other town in China like Lijiang
which incorporates the folkways of so many
people and the architectural styles of both
north and south China.
- Kunming (Breakfast)
Free Day for you to
explore the old town of Lijiang. Take flight
to Kunming in the evening.
- Stone Forest - Kunming / (Breakfast,
After breakfast, drive 1.5 hours (90 KM) to
visit the Stone Forest. Return to Kunming
in the afternoon.
Stone Forest: As a typical karst landscape, it should not be missed if you visit Kunming. The Stone Forest is 89 kilometers from Kunming and the driving takes an hour. The area covers 26,000-hectare and from a distance, it does indeed look like a forest of stones with its peaks and odd-shaped rocks standing straight up from the ground.

Transfer to the airport
for flight to Chongqing.
Our guide will pick you up from the airport.
Visit the Chongqing Zoo and Ciqikou old street.
After dinner, board the Cruises for a memorable
voyage down the mighty Yangtze River.

07:30-09:30, disembark for an excursion to
Shibaozhai was first built in Qing Dynasty
in 1750, the mountain looks like a rectangular
rock with sheer cliffs, and the wooden architecture
that is built by catch upon the cliff with
a height of 56 meters and 12 stories, standing
on the riverside. Back to the ship and continue
the cruise. The Captain's Welcome Party will
be held in the evening.
Gorges - Sandouping (Breakfast
+ Lunch + Dinner)
07:00-07:30, sail through the Qutang
Gorge, its towering
rock formations have names which reflect their
bizarre shapes such as Hanging Monk Rock or
Rhinoceros Looking at the Moon.
08:00-09:00, pass the second gorge -
for its lofty Twelve Peaks which almost blot
out the sky. The guides will talk about legend
of historic sites: Ancient Plank Road, Mengliang
Stairway and the suspended coffins on the
10:00-13:30, disembark at Badong and take
a sampan tour to the picturesque Shennong
Stream. The Shennong Stream is a tributary
carrying clear, cooler water into the Yangtse.
The "stream" runs through steep
gorges, in which the ancient asian Bahu people
used to live, thousands of years ago. Back

16:00-17:00, pass the Xiling
Gorge. About 66
km long, it is the longest of the Three Gorges
and is entirely within Hubei Province. This
gorge is full of shoals and rapid currents.

area of coal boats filling barges and sending
them downriver. It's fun to see such lively
river life as well as Shanghai's amazing skyline.

Visit the Shanghai Museum,
the Yu Yuan Garden, Shanghai Old Street and
former French Concession. Transfer to the
airport for your departure, end of service.
Museum: A large-scaled
museum of ancient Chinese art. Established
in 1952, this museum is housed in a former
bank building. Shanghai Museum is renowned
at home and abroad for its rich collection
of 120,000 precious cultural relics. At present
the halls display Chinese bronzes, ceramics,
and paintings arranged in chronological order.
Yuan Garden: Originally
designed in the sixteenth century, Yu Yuan
is a garden within a garden. Divided into
two parts, the outer garden contains pavilions,
rock gardens, and ponds and leads to the inner
garden, which is a smaller version of the
French Concession: A
foreign concession in Shanghai from 1849 until
1943. For much of the 20th century, the area
covered by the former French Concession remained
the premier residential and retail district
of Shanghai. Despite re-development over the
last few decades, the area retains a distinct
character, and is a popular tourist destination.

it, you must advise us in advance. The letter
must be signed by the lead name on the booking
and once we receive it you should expect to
receive a cancellation letter within 24 hours.
If you do not then please contact us to ensure
your letter has been received.
To cover the cost of processing your cancellation
and to compensate us for the risk that we may
not be able to resell your travel arrangements,
we make a cancellation charge on the scale shown
below. The person who made the booking is responsible
for paying this charge. The size of the charge
depends on when we receive your cancellation
notice or letter or how you would like us to
deal with your payment providing that we have
received your full payment for the tours.

The quoted price contains Standard Tour Class
lodging, and we offer hotel upgrade service.
You can choose to upgrade hotel when booking,

Not all hotels can provide Standard Triple Room
if you want three travelers in one room, they
may arrange extra bed service. The additional
fee for an extra bed is Single Supplement, and
it is included in the final price.
Your earlier arrival to Beijing later departure
from Hong Kong can be adjusted on line; but
the extra charge is not included in the original
