1. Tour Itinerary

Day 01 Arrival in Beijing
On arrival in Beijing airport or railway station, you will be met by our tour guide and transferred to your hotel by a private car and driver. Free for the remaining of the day. You could have a rest or take a walk near the hotel.
Day 02 Beijing (Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner)
Visit Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City (the Imperial Palace) and the Summer Palace. Enjoy the Beijing Roasted Duck Dinner. Optional program in the evening: Peking Opera, Kungfu show or Chinese acrobatics.

Tiananmen Square: Spreading 880 meters from north to south and 500 meters from east to west, Tiananmen Square is a place to hold national ceremonies and to greet foreign leaders. The square is seated at the very heart of Beijing in the traditional center axis. To the north of the square is the Forbidden City - the imperial palace during the Ming and Qing dynasties.
Forbidden City: The largest and best-preserved wooden architecture complex in the world. Located in the Beijing city center behind Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City is encircled by a 52-metre-wide moat along the 12-meter-high wall. It served as the imperial palace for the 24 emperors in Ming and Qing dynasties from 1420 to 1911.
Summer Palace: The Summer Palace is virtually a museum of classical Chinese garden architecture. Covering an area of 290 hectares with water making three quarters of it, the Summer Palace consists of three functional areas: Court Area, Longevity Hill Area and Kunming Lake Area. Kunming Lake is most beautiful, and the best time to enjoy it is in the summer to take a cruise by boat and have skiing in the winter. In 1998, it was designated as a World Heritage Site and in 2007 it was officially authorized as a National 5A-leveled Tourist Attraction.
Beijing Duck Dinner: Beijing Roasted duck is renowned as the most delicious food of Beijing.
Peking Opera: China boasts of more than 300 local operas, Beijing Opera is the largest one among Chinese traditional opera types, which gradually came into being after 1790. Full of Chinese cultural facts, Beijing Opera presents the audience with an encyclopedia of traditional culture, as well as unfolding stories, exquisite costumes, beautiful paintings, graceful gestures and martial arts.
Day 03 Beijing (Breakfast + Lunch)
Take an excursion to the Great Wall and the Ming Tombs. See the appearance of the Bird's Nest (Olympic National Stadium) at a distance.

Great Wall Of China: The Great Wall is ancient military defence work which extends to more than 5,000 kilometers. The Badaling section is not only the best preserved but also the most impressive and representative section of the Great Wall. It is located roughly 70 kilometers northwest from the center of Beijing. It is a defensive outpost of the Great Wall occupying a commanding strategic position. The wall was made wide enough for five or six horses to be ridden abreast on its top. In peacetime, the Wall has proved useful as a highway, transporting people and supplies over large distances. Because of its magnificence and beauty of its scenery, Badaling gained the worldwide reputation by being enlisted in the World Cultural Heritage by UNESCO in 1988.
Ming Tombs: Located at 50 kilometers northwest of Beijing proper, the Ming Tombs are Mausoleums of 13 emperors from Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). Each tomb complex starts with a stone bridge, followed by a front gate, a stele pavilion, the Gate of Eminent Favor, the Hall of Eminent Favor, a watchtower and then the Precious Hall. Zhu Di, the third emperor of the Ming Dynasty, built his Changling Tomb, this is the best preserved tomb area. The underground palace at Dingling Tomb consists of an antechamber, a central chamber and a rear chamber plus the left and right annexes.
Day 04 Beijing - Xi'an (Breakfast + Lunch)
Tour to the Temple of Heaven. Transfer to the airport for flight to Xi'an. Visit Ancient City Wall.

Temple of Heaven: Situadet in the South-Eastern part of Beijing, the Temple of Heaven is the largest still existing sacrificial temple in China. It was used as the site for imperial sacrifices during the Ming and Qing dynasties. It was here that the emperor conducted the elaborate and most exalted sacrifices addressed to "the Supreme Ruler of the Universe" to ask for the heavens blessings and good harvest.
Ancient City Wall: A defensive structure which was erected in the 14th century Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), under the regime of Emperor Zhu Yuanzhang. The wall is 13 meters in circumference and 12 meters in height, with a deep moat surrounding it. Visitors could take the bike ride around the whole wall, very relaxing.
Day 05 Xi'an (Breakfast + Lunch)
Visit the Terra Cotta Warriors Museum, the Forest of Stone Steles Museum and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda.

Terra Cotta Warriors Museum: A form of funerary art buried with the first emperor and unifier of China - Qin Shihuang (259BC-210BC). An army of over 7,000 life-size terra cotta soldiers and horses protects his tomb during his eternal rest. The Terra Cotta Army was discovered in 1974 by farmers attempting to dig a well near Xi'an.
Forest of Stone Steles Museum: The Stele Forest stores voluminous artworks which possess not only eximious value of handwriting and art, but also rich cultural connotation. The Stele Forest began to be built in 1087.
Big Wild Goose Pagoda: It was built in 652 A.D. in the Tang Dynasty (618-907) to house Buddhist scriptures brought from India by the monk Xuan Zang. Xuan Zang studied Buddhism in India from 629 to 645. The pagoda currently stands a height of 64 m (210 ft) tall with seven stories.
Tang Dynasty Show: A performance of Chang'an music and dances that was originated in the Tang dynasty of Chinese history over a thousand years ago.
Day 06 Xi'an - Chengdu (Breakfast + Lunch)
Visit the Shaanxi Provincial History Museum and the Great Mosque. Transfer to the airport for flight to Chengdu. Our local guide will pick you up from the airport. Visit the Sanxingdui Relics.

Shaanxi Provincial History Museum: Covers an area of 70,000 square meters, the museum houses a large collection of 113,000 historic and cultural artefacts unearthed in Shaanxi, being an absolute must for every visitor to the city.
Great Mosque: First built in the Tang Dynasty (618-907), it is a popular tourist attraction of Xi'an, and is still used by Chinese Muslims today as a place of worship. Occupying an area of over 12,000 square meters, the Great Mosque is Chinese style in its construction with some Arabic lettering and decorations; it has neither domes nor traditional-style minarets.
Sanxingdui Relics: Located in the city of Guanghan, 40 km from Chengdu, Sanxingdui Relics is recognized as one of the most important ancient remains in the world for its vast size, lengthy period and enriched cultural contents.
Day 07 Chengdu - Panda Research Base - Chongqing (Breakfast, Lunch)
In the early morning, drive to Panda Research Base to visit the Pandas. Back to Chengdu in the afternoon. Take high speed train to
Chongqing. Our guide will pick you up from the railway station. After dinner, board the Cruises for a memorable voyage down the mighty Yangtze River.

Panda Research Base: The Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding (hereafter Chengdu Panda Base) is a non-profit organization engaged in wildlife research, captive breeding, conservation education, and educational tourism. The Chengdu Panda Base was founded in 1987, with six giant pandas rescued from the wild. In 2007, the captive population has increased to 62 individuals from that founding population of only six.
Day 08 Shibaozhai (Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner)
07:30-09:30, disembark for an excursion to
Shibaozhai. Shibaozhai was first built in Qing Dynasty in 1750, the mountain looks like a rectangular rock with sheer cliffs, and the wooden architecture that is built by catch upon the cliff with a height of 56 meters and 12 stories, standing on the riverside. Back to the ship and continue the cruise. The Captain's Welcome Party will be held in the evening.
Day 09 Three Gorges - Sandouping (Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner)
07:00-07:30, sail through the
Qutang Gorge, its towering rock formations have names which reflect their bizarre shapes such as Hanging Monk Rock or Rhinoceros Looking at the Moon.

08:00-09:00, pass the second gorge -
Wu Gorge, celebrated for its lofty Twelve Peaks which almost blot out the sky. The guides will talk about legend of historic sites: Ancient Plank Road, Mengliang Stairway and the suspended coffins on the sheer cliffs.

10:00-13:30, disembark at Badong and take a sampan tour to the picturesque Shennong Stream. The Shennong Stream is a tributary carrying clear, cooler water into the Yangtse. The "stream" runs through steep gorges, in which the ancient asian Bahu people used to live, thousands of years ago. Back to the ship and continue the cruise.

16:00-17:00, pass the
Xiling Gorge. About 66 km long, it is the longest of the Three Gorges and is entirely within Hubei Province. This gorge is full of shoals and rapid currents.

20:00, pass the 5-stage shiplock. Dock overnight at Sandouping.
Day 10 Sandouping - Yichang - Shanghai (Breakfast + Lunch)
08:00-10:00, shore excursion to visit the Three Gorges Dam, it is planned to be by far the largest hydroelectric project in the world. Back to the ship and continue the cruise. Disembarkation in Yichang at about 13:00, Our local guides will get on board to meet you. Transfer to the airport for flight to Shanghai.

Upon arrival in Shanghai airport, pick up and transfer to your hotel. Have a stroll over the Bund. Optional program in the evening: the Portman Acrobatic Show or Huangpu River cruise.


The Bund: A famous waterfront and is regarded as the symbol of Shanghai. The bund is on the west bank of Huangpu River and winds 1500 meters in length. The most attractive sight which is at the west side of the Bund are the 26 various buildings of different architectural styles including Baroque, Gothic, Romanesque, Classicism and the Renaissance.
Huang Pu River: A tributary of the Yangtze and there is plenty of traffic on it to prove its importance. You'll see the magnificent building skylines on both the historic west side (the Bund), and the modern east side (Pudong) as well as the working area of coal boats filling barges and sending them downriver. It's fun to see such lively river life as well as Shanghai's amazing skyline.
Day 11 Shanghai (Breakfast + Lunch)
Visit the Shanghai Museum, the Yu Yuan Garden, Shanghai Old Street and former French Concession.

Shanghai Museum: A large-scaled museum of ancient Chinese art. Established in 1952, this museum is housed in a former bank building. Shanghai Museum is renowned at home and abroad for its rich collection of 120,000 precious cultural relics. At present the halls display Chinese bronzes, ceramics, and paintings arranged in chronological order.
Yu Yuan Garden: Originally designed in the sixteenth century, Yu Yuan is a garden within a garden. Divided into two parts, the outer garden contains pavilions, rock gardens, and ponds and leads to the inner garden, which is a smaller version of the outer garden.
Former French Concession: A foreign concession in Shanghai from 1849 until 1943. For much of the 20th century, the area covered by the former French Concession remained the premier residential and retail district of Shanghai. Despite re-development over the last few decades, the area retains a distinct character, and is a popular tourist destination.
Day 12 Shanghai - Suzhou - Shanghai (Breakfast + Lunch)
Our guide pick you up from your hotel at about 08:00am, and help you to take high speed train from Shanghai to Suzhou which takes 30 minutes. Visit the Zhuozhengyuan Garden (Humble Administrators Garden) and Liuyuan Garden (Lingering Garden). After lunch, take a rickshaw and ride through the streets of Suzhou, see local people's daily life, folk handicrafts and the ancient buildings. Be transferred to Suzhou railway station and take the high speed train back to Shanghai.

Zhuozhengyuan Garden: The largest garden in Suzhou, it occupies not more than four hectares of land. The architectural techniques employed in building the Suzhou gardens recreate an environment of hills and streams which give a feeling of being in nature. The Humble Administrator's Garden was built in 1522. Much of the garden is water surface and all the structures either face water or are surrounded by it.
Liuyuan Garden: The best garden in Suzhou. Built in the Qing Dynasty, the garden is divided into several sections, each with buildings, rockeries, ponds, trees, flowers and grass. Doors and windows of these buildings vary to give various views of the rocks, water and plants beyond.
Day 13 Departure (Breakfast)
Transfer to the airport for your departure, end of service.

6. Terms / Condition

Cancellation and refund policy for Tours reservation
If you want to cancel your booking or part of it, you must advise us in advance. The letter must be signed by the lead name on the booking and once we receive it you should expect to receive a cancellation letter within 24 hours. If you do not then please contact us to ensure your letter has been received.
To cover the cost of processing your cancellation and to compensate us for the risk that we may not be able to resell your travel arrangements, we make a cancellation charge on the scale shown below. The person who made the booking is responsible for paying this charge. The size of the charge depends on when we receive your cancellation notice or letter or how you would like us to deal with your payment providing that we have received your full payment for the tours.

7. Pricing Policy

  • The price is set as four travelers together, usually more people more discounts. See Price Calendar on top right corner.Please fill out Tailor-made form for free if you have over 10 travelers, and we will calculate a more favorable quoted price.
  • Accommodation
    The quoted price contains Standard Tour Class lodging, and we offer hotel upgrade service. You can choose to upgrade hotel when booking, the price will change accordingly.
    Not all hotels can provide Standard Triple Room if you want three travelers in one room, they may arrange extra bed service. The additional fee for an extra bed is Single Supplement, and it is included in the final price.
    Your earlier arrival to Beijing later departure from Hong Kong can be adjusted on line; but the extra charge is not included in the original charge.
    The single supplement is not included in the quoted price except single traveler's price.
    We choose only centrally located hotels with western standard service and breakfast. However, we can also arrange good location and clean local hotels with lower prices. Please inquiry for details.
  • Breakfast
    The breakfast is subject to hotels' arrangements, they may offer western food or Western & Chinese Buffet in the morning.
    Child's breakfast is included only when he/she occupy a bed. Otherwise the hotel may charge an extra fee for the breakfast.
  • Lunch and Dinner (Optional)
    The original price excludes lunch and dinner unless particular illustration. Usually, dinner and lunch are optional Chinese food with local flavor, and the meal price is charged based on the group size.
    If you have some preferences on meals such as vegetarian meal and diabetic meal, please make us know in Special Requirements.
    Please also fill the Special Requirements if you want other choices such as Hindu meal, Halal food or Western food, etc. You are suggested to uncheck lunch and diner when booking. We will try to arrange it and your meal price is charged by the local restaurant.
    Our guide will lead you to your favorite restaurants when you don't select meals, the meal fee is at your own. Besides, your group should pay an extra 100RMB per day in cash to the driver and guide.
  • Transfer Service
    We offer free airport/railway station transfer service as specified in the itinerary. As for earlier arrival or later departure, you will be charged a bit of service fee and guide service is not provided. Please provide train/flight number, arrival time and contact information in Special Requirements.
    Usually, local guide will drop you off at security checkpoint of airport or railway station without guide serve on the flight or train. And the transfer guide may be not the same of that on the tour.
  • Flight
    We promise to offer flights operated by major airlines such as Air China, China Southern Airlines, China Eastern Airlines and Hainan Airline, etc. or local big airlines such as Shenzhen Airlines, Xiamen Airlines, Sichuan Airlines, Shanghai Airlines and Shandong Airlines and so forth. And the aircraft type is Airbus A3XX Series or Boeing 7-Series. Any change due to objective cause, we will ask your permission in advance.
  • Scenic Spots
