1. Tour Itinerary
Our guide will hold a sign
to meet you exit of the Suzhou Railway Station.
Visit the Zhuozhengyuan Garden. After lunch,
take a cruise on the Grand Canal. Afterwards,
pay a sightseeing visit to the Liuyuan Garden.
The last stop today is a Silk Factory to see
how the silk is processed from worm to the

hectares of land. The architectural techniques
employed in building the Suzhou gardens recreate
an environment of hills and streams which
give a feeling of being in nature. The Humble
Administrator's Garden was built in 1522.

garden is divided into several sections, each
with buildings, rockeries, ponds, trees, flowers
and grass. Doors and windows of these buildings
vary to give various views of the rocks, water
and plants beyond.
Visit the Wangshiyuan Garden
in the morning. Then take a rickshaw and ride
through the streets of Suzhou, see local people's
daily life, folk handicrafts and the ancient
buildings. After lunch, you will be transferred
to the railway station for your departure.

A.D. during the Song Dynasty, the Master-of-Nets
Gadren is characteristic of the most exquisite
garden-houses in Suzhou.
